Hyrox Sim Event
Our first high intensity Hyrox Simulation event takes place at Furzefield Leisure Centre on Saturday 4th October 2025. Participants can compete as single or double athletes in this timed event and spectators are welcome to cheer you on!
Single athletes – £20.00 per person
Double athletes – £35.00 per double
What does the event involve?
The Hyrox Sim is a challenging event, aimed at those who want to test their fitness level or get race ready. Combining 8 functional stations with a 500m run between each station, the aim is to complete the course in the fastest time possible.
You can enter as a single or double participant and you will work your way around the following stations;
- 500m Run
- 500m Ski Erg
- 500m Run
- 100m Sled Push (Women – 50kg / Men – 75kg)
- 500m Run
- 50m Sled Pull (Women – 25kg / Men – 50kg)
- 500m Run
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 500m Run
- 500m Rowing
- 500m Run
- 100m Farmers Carry (Women 16kg / Men – 24kg)
- 500m Run
- 50 Wall Balls (Women 4kg / Men 6kg)

Prizes will be awarded for the top three single and double participants
- 1st Prize – Three month Spa & Fitness membership
- 2nd Prize – One month Spa & Fitness membership and 30 minute massage

What can you expect on the day?
Everyone participating will need to arrive for registration at 9.30am where you will be allocated your specific start time. The event will start from 10.00am.
The event starts with a 500m run followed by 8 functional stations and a run in between each. The event is challenging, so its recommended you take the race.
