Hyrox Youngstars Summer Course

Join us this summer for a four week course learning about sandbag lunges, sled pushes and using the Ski Erg in preparation for a Hyrox Youngstars competition on Friday 28th August.

There will be three training sessions taking place every Friday, between 10am – 11am on the following dates;

31st July 2026
7th August 2026
14th August 2026
21st August 2026

The sessions are suitable for ages 8 – 12 years old will include a range of fun and challenging activities on our Astro pitch, getting you ready for the Hyrox Youngstars mini competition taking place on Friday 28th August 2026*.

The competition will be split into age groups and there will be winners for each group.

The cost of the course is £40 per child.

*Children must attend at least one training session to be qualified to take part in the competition. Parents/guardians must complete junior gym parq form before the child attends their first training session.
