Studio Sound Waves

With meditation & reiki

Join us for a tranquil class of self-discovery, meditation and Reiki whilst listening to the soundwaves.

During the session you will be totally immersed in the healing energy of reiki mixed with celestial sounds of the singing bowls as they guide you into deep meditation. You will experience total relaxation with balance of body, mind and spirit.

You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, pillow and mat for extra comfort.

The classes will take place;

• Wednesday 7.30am – 8.30am
• Tuesday 12.00pm – 1.00pm
• Monday 8.15pm – 9.15pm

Sunday 17th May at 3pm – 4pm in support of the Potters Bar carnival.

Charity Studio Soundwaves – June

Friday 5th June at 1pm – 2pm in support of the Sebby’s Corner charity that supports vulnerable families and children living in poverty.

(weather permitting).
