Studio Sound Waves

With meditation & reiki

Join us for a tranquil class of self-discovery, meditation and Reiki whilst listening to the soundwaves.

During the session you will be totally immersed in the healing energy of reiki mixed with celestial sounds of the singing bowls as they guide you into deep meditation. You will experience total relaxation with balance of body, mind and spirit.

You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, pillow and mat for extra comfort.

The classes will take place;

• Wednesday 7.30am – 8.30am
• Tuesday 12.00pm – 1.00pm
• Monday 8.15pm – 9.15pm

Comic Relief Charity Session

We have a special Comic Relief, Red Nose Day studio soundwaves class with meditation and reiki running on Friday 20th March at 1.00pm – 2.00pm.

Come and support this charity, just a £10 donation and enjoy an hour of relaxation and reset in our studio.
