Float Fit is a group exercise programme on the water using the world’s first floating exercise mat, the Aquabase. This challenging, low impact and effective class delivers a 30 minute workout suitable for all ages and abilities. We will be running two types of adult classes, HIIT and Balance. We will be introducing a Children’s session – Float Fit Grow in February half term. .
The HITT and Balance classes are now available, during term time only.
