You can start the New Year at Furzefield Leisure Centre with the latest fitness equipment and brand new group immersive cycling studio, come and experience for yourself during at our gym launch on Saturday 19th January.
Our gym is now fully open, with the latest fitness equipment from Matrix, TechnoGym and class-leading functional training zones. New equipment includes, Skillrow the first gym rowing machine that is capable of improving anaerobic power, aerobic capacity and neuromuscular abilities in a single solution.
S Force power trainer takes HIIT training to the next level with a resistance system and a specifically designed motion to provide low-impact and high-intensity exercise. There are also assault bikes, sled tracks, functional training rigs and training zones, matrix ultra-strength range, free weight zones and power racks with lifting platforms.
The new immersive cycling studio allow customers to take part in Stages Flight, a class where individuals can experience a cycling journey within a group environment enabling full data and connected cycling experience in an immersed group studio setting.
