Jamie Stevens

I am able to offer the highest level of one-on one training and nutritional advice using tailor-made programmes to meet your aims as quickly and safely as possible. Each programme is carefully considered to include the most optimum training & nutritional plan for the client, and does not rely on fad diets or trend based routines.

My goal is not only to train you, but to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to carry on improving your fitness even after your session is finished. No matter if your aim is to lose weight, build muscle or something more sports specific, I can help you conquer your personal fitness goals.

Bradley Collyer

Since a very young age I have always been deeply involved into sport and fitness and from then on it became my passion and my destined career path. I became a fully qualified personal trainer in 2011 alongside completing my BSc (Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I work with a variety of clients that range from looking to tone up, add muscle mass and build self-esteem through bettering their physical appearance by using a scientific based approach to training and nutrition. As an aspiring physique competitor I practice what I preach and show that with a little bit of dedication and hard work anything is possible.

James Bradshaw

I have been involved in sport at a high level from a young age having been a gymnast Hendon youth sports centre competing for them and London which lead to trials for the English gymnastics team. Since leaving gymnastics I have gained a personal training diploma in 2006. I have been on many courses adding to my profile (including a boxing course taught by former WBA Heavyweight champion, David Haye) and Kettlebell course led by Kettlebell guru Steve Cotter (IKFF). This has helped me to get the most out of my clients no matter what their goal is.

Katie Conyers

I have been very involved in sports since a very young age where I specialised in swimming, competing in national and regional competitions, as well as athletics, netball and hockey. This led towards my passion for sport and fitness, motivating me to go to university and graduate with a Bsc (Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercises Science, leading onto becoming a fully qualified personal trainer.

I work with clients to reach their goals, whether it’s to build muscle, gain confidence in the gym, lose weight or any other specific goals. Each programme includes exercises to gain the most out of each session which is tailored to each individual and their aims.
