We are looking for a Food & Beverage manager with potential, passion and energy to lead, manage and develop our catering team and business.
If you are suitable for this role, you will have management experience in a food and beverage environment. You will have a solid understanding and implementation of food hygiene & safety standards, exemplary customer care and the ability to work under pressure; whilst managing a team to deliver quality food and beverages across two cafes at Furzefield. You will need to be flexible approach to work which will include some evenings and weekends on a shift rota and being part of the Senior Management team.
You will be working to deliver set KPI’s with the expectation to develop and grow the business as well as successfully operating the two catering units. The role requires a combination of office based tasks to ensure all operating systems, policies and working in collaboration with site management team to deliver on the centre’s food and beverage objectives, as well as being hands-on to support the preparation and delivery of meals to the on-site nursery and centre customers.
You will work with the other department, in particular Children’s Activities, Soft Play and Spa to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. You will be required to implement new business opportunities to increase income potential in other areas of the business. You will work with the Catering Manager and staff, leading on F&B recruitment, including working with partners, local collages and others.
You will also be expected to undertake duties as required relevant to your grade, qualifications and experience.
