Children and adults can learn to swim with us in a safe, effective and enjoyable environment, you can join at any time. Our lessons follow the Swim England, Learn to Swim Framework. Swimming lessons are available for all ages: babies (over four months), children, teenagers and adults. This is a games-led approach to teaching, providing clear progressive stages and developing fundamental swimming skills while having fun.
