Important information: New system for booking and managing your activities

We have a new front of hours system, which also means a new online booking system which will make it easier to book and manage your activities. To ensure that you are able to continue to book online, you will need to register for a new account. Your old registration details will no longer work.

To register your account you will need your email address, membership card number and date of birth. Your details should match what we hold on our system. Once you have completed your details you will be sent an automated email to confirm your account.

Once you have set up your account you will be able to manage your account, book and cancel activities via ‘your account’ section of the website.

Cancelling a booking

We have recently updated our booking terms and conditions.

  • If you cannot attend your booking, please cancel online or phone the centre and inform us more than 2 hours before the start of the session to avoid a late cancellation charge.
  • If you provide less than 2 hours’ notice a late cancellation charge of £4 will be applied to your account, should the space not be resold. You will be unable to make any bookings until this has been paid. Please note that the times of all cancellations are recorded.
  • If you cannot give 2 hours’ notice, then please still inform the centre, as your space maybe resold and you not charged for the cancellation.
  • If you fail to attend a class or booking a non-attendance charge of £4 will be placed on your account.

Online booking is for members only to book activities 7 days in advance. Entry card holders can book 48 hours in advance. Non-members can call the centre to book activities.

Booking the gym
Gym sessions will be limited to 60-minutes. When booking online (select gym session) please note that you can book in 15 minute intervals, you only need to book ONE session. This will give you access for up to 60-minutes.

Booking the swimming pool
Swimming sessions will be limited to 60-minutes. When booking online please note that you can select a time in 30 minute intervals, you only need to book ONE session. We would encourage you to try and come swimming throughout the daytime to avoid busy times.

Booking Sports
Please be aware that COVID-19 restrictions may apply to your sport. Please follow the current advice from the National Governing Body (NGB) for your sport. NGB guidance is available at:

If you are feeling at all unwell, or showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not come to the centre. Please review our Health Commitment Statement before your first visit.
