We offer an easy way to get back into sport with our coach led sessions. These sessions are ideal if you want to get back into your favourite sport or try something new. They cover a range of sporting activities and are for all ages’ groups and genders.

Looking to get back into sport at a slower pace but still have the same fun and enjoyment? We have a range of activities available to suit all ages and abilities to ensure you stay active and have lots of fun including:

  • Walking football
    Thursdays 2-3pm, just turn up, pay and play and join us in the café after for a much-deserved cup of coffee.
  • Walking netball
  • Badminton
  • Multisport
